Labral Tear

  • 42Days
  • 255Steps

A labral tear in the shoulder is a condition where one of the fibrous tissues that connects your arm to your shoulder has a partial tear in it. The tissue has a very poor ability to heal by itself, and if the condition is debilitating enough, surgery may be required. The Heal My Injury Treatment Plan aims to strengthen all of the surrounding muscles and connective tissues to help aid any shoulder stability that the labarum can no longer provide.
