Rotator Cuff Injury
A rotator cuff injury of the shoulder is a condition where the fibrous tissue that connects your rotator cuff muscles from your shoulder blade onto your arm has a tear in it to some level of degree.
The tissue has a very poor ability to heal by itself, and if the condition is debilitating enough, surgery may be required.
The Heal My Injury Treatment Plan includes exercises to strengthen all of the surrounding muscles and connective tissues to help aid any shoulder stability that the rotator cuff can no longer provide.
