YOUR INJURY
Labrum
A labral tear in the hip is a condition where one of the fibrous tissues that connects your thigh bone to your hip socket has a partial tear in it.
The tissue has a very poor ability to heal by itself and if the condition is debilitating enough, surgery may be required.
The Heal My Injury Treatment Plan provides exercises to strengthen all of the surrounding muscles and connective tissues to help aid any hip stability which the Labrum can no longer provide.
