About

Thoracic outlet syndrome is a condition where the nerves or blood vessels get compressed as they pass through your shoulder, leading to altered sensations in your arm. Symptoms can include weakness and sensations such as sharp, shooting or aching pains, numbness, pins and needles or tingling. The nerves are the structure that become compressed in most cases, and typically this occurs in and around the tissues surrounding the first rib and collar bone. The Heal My Injury Treatment Plan aims to decrease the compression on the compromised structures and restore normal function of your arm.
