Shoulder
Does it hurt as you move your shoulder or towards the end of your range of motion?
By end of range of motion, we mean moving to the point where you can no longer move any further. In this instance, you should have almost full range of motion in comparison to you uninjured side. If you have pain as you move towards your end range of motion, it means that the pain starts to occur at the point where you are starting to have no further range of motion available. See the video for further help.
